Authorization and Scope

Work begins after the client approves the service path, estimate, rate, or written project scope. Additional work or changes may require separate approval.

Rates and Third-Party Costs

Support time, project work, hardware, software, licensing, shipping, taxes, and third-party services may be billed separately. Current written quotes and agreements control when they differ from general website information.

Hardware and Warranties

Hardware warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer, distributor, or supplier unless a written DiverseTek agreement states otherwise. Labor, configuration, data transfer, and troubleshooting may be separate.

Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity services reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an account, device, network, or organization will never experience an incident.

Data Recovery

Data recovery is not guaranteed. Continued use, physical damage, encryption, overwriting, and device condition can affect results. Specialized recovery laboratories may be recommended.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Clients should provide reasonable notice when an appointment must be changed. Project scheduling, cancellation terms, deposits, and rescheduling charges are governed by the applicable quote or agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for lawful authorization to access devices, accounts, data, and systems and for maintaining appropriate backups unless backup services are specifically included in writing.
